[ Why We Exist ]

The industry is full of slides. We ship systems.

Veltrix was founded by engineers who'd spent years inside large industrial automation programs — the kind that promised transformation, ran for two years, and left operations with brittle integrations and dashboards nobody trusted.

We saw a pattern: the gap between great automation technology and operations that could actually use it was rarely a technology problem. It was a delivery problem. Too many vendors optimized for the sale; too few optimized for the shift starting at 6 AM on Monday.

So we built Veltrix differently. Senior engineers only. Phased rollouts only. Manual fallback always. No junior consultants on customer sites. No big-bang go-lives. No "the system works as designed" when the system doesn't actually work for the people using it.

"The best automation system is the one your operators trust enough to forget about. That trust is earned in the way you deliver, not the technology you choose."
— Veltrix Engineering Principle 01
"Every system fails. The question is whether your operation grinds to a halt when it does — or whether the floor keeps moving while we fix it."
— Veltrix Engineering Principle 02
"Observability is not a feature you add later. It's the first thing we build, before any business logic. If we can't see it, we can't run it."
— Veltrix Engineering Principle 03
[ The Team ]

Senior engineers,
operations veterans.

A small, deliberately senior team. We don't subcontract delivery — every Veltrix project is led by the people whose names appear below.

MR
M. Reyes
Principal · Systems Architecture

15 years across WMS integration, PLC programming, and high-density storage commissioning. Led the design phase of every Veltrix Radio Shuttle deployment to date.

WMS OPC-UA SAP SQL
JK
J. Kowalski
Principal · Controls & Integration

Former plant controls engineer. 12 years on the OT side, including five running shop-floor automation for a Fortune 500 manufacturer. Holds Kepware and Allen-Bradley certifications.

PLC Kepware SCADA Ignition
SA
S. Adeyemi
Principal · Data & Applied AI

PhD in operations research, now five years into industrial deployment. Builds predictive maintenance and forecasting models that survive contact with real production data.
